The Executive Committee is comprised of 5 officers elected by the general membership. Its charge is to conduct the work of the association, and maintain fiduciary oversight. Each of the members of the Executive Committee has one vote on the Board of Trustees, with the exception of the President, who only casts a vote in the event of a tie.
