    Hudson, New York seeks a full-time Elementary Art Teacher for 2010 school year.

     


    Due to increased enrollment in our art and technology classes at Averill Park High School, we have created a .6 part-time position for an art teacher effective September 7, 2010.

     

     Qualifications sought:         
    Current and appropriate NYS Teaching Certification
    Working knowledge of NYS Standards
    Familiarity with Design and Drawing for Production curriculum preferred
    Strong computer skills required
    Ability to work as a member of a dynamic departmental team
    Ability to deliver rigorous and engaging instruction in the classroom
    Excellent classroom management skills
