Please read the guidelines and benefits carefully. We have listened to your requests and revamped the district membership program to provide greater opportunities for students and art educators in your school.

SUPPORT THE VISUAL ARTS IN YOUR SCHOOL
NYSATA offers a wide array of opportunities for students. Included are numerous exhibits at the local, state, and national level; student scholarship opportunities; the Olympics of the Visual Arts Competition; and the Portfolio Project Assessment, to name a few. All new this year, the District Membership Program gives students access to all these great programs without the need for individual teachers to also become members.*

JOIN (First-Time District Member)
RENEW

1. Contact [email protected] to request a District Profile. You will need to provide
• Full name and address of school district
• Name and email address of Key Contact person
• NYSATA Region
• Number of school buildings in your District
• District Classification (Public, Private, Charter)

2. Our administrator will set up your access and email you a link to the District Membership Registration Form. You will need a list of district art staff with first and last name, email address, teaching level and building assignment.

3. Complete the District Membership Registration Form after the link is emailed to you.

4. Upon registering you will receive a confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Print the confirmation page and submit payment. You and all associated members will receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is received and the membership is active.

1. To renew District Membership for 2020-21 you will need
• Your Key Contact member username and password to log in. If you do not know your log in information, please email [email protected].
• A list of your district art staff with first and last name, email address, teaching level and building assignment.  

2. Click here to renew District Membership
You will be able to edit and renew member profiles as well as add and delete to reflect any staff changes for the new year.

3. Upon registering you will receive a confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Print the confirmation page and submit payment. You and all associated members will receive an email confirmation as soon as a PO or check is received and the membership is active.
