Salt firing is embraced by ceramic artists and potters because of the beautiful and unanticipated results that come from a salt-fired kiln. This workshop will explore form, function, aesthetic values, textures, tactile qualities, and surface development of atmospheric firing through salt over four summer Saturdays. All works will be made from start to finish during the course.
