Art Teachers/NYSATA members in grades K-12 may each submit up to 3 pieces of student artwork. Work can be 2D or 3D. All student participants will receive an official NYSATA certificate for their participation.
2026 Student Art Show Registration Link - Registration Deadline March, 9th
Drop off artwork: Sunday, March 15th, 10:00am - 12:00pm or Monday, March 16th, 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Show set-up: Wednesday, March 18th, 4:00pm - until complete
Opening reception: Friday, March 20th, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Take down/pick-up: Saturday, March 28th, 10:00am - 12:00pm
- Art Teachers/NYSATA members in grades K-12 may each submit up to three pieces of student artwork.
- Work can be two or three-dimensional
- All 2-D artwork must be securely mounted or matted on mat board, tag board, or a similar weight material. Please don't mount on paper/cardstock.
- NYSATA will not shrink wrap artwork, so if you are worried about smudging please cover properly with plastic or shrink wrap.
- Teachers need to register using the link provided or at nysata.org under the Region 2 tab.
- After you register, labels for the artwork will be provided in a link. Please affix to the front right corner of the artwork. Also, a parent letter will be included for your convenience.
- If you deliver your students work in a portfolio, box, or container, please label clearly with your name and school district.
